Due to the Coronavirus pandemic, all group yoga and meditation classes remain online via Zoom.  Therapeutic massage featuring myofascial release MFR, John F. Barnes Method, is being offered by appointment to fully vaccinated and boosted persons at the Mayville Blue Pearl Studio and at the Genesys Hurley Cancer Institute in Flint.  Clients must bring in proof of COVID 19 vaccines and I will keep a copy of it with their file.  I am fully vaccinated and have had all of  the boosters as well.  Proof of my vaccination is clearly posted inside studio. Client and I will be masked while together inside studio.  Masks are required inside cancer institute.    Fully vaccinated means it has been 2 weeks since your last shot, and you have received the latest booster.

         We will be following the safe practice guidelines from the CDC for
          businesses such as the Blue Pearl, LLC.   Safety is our #1 concern.

 Meanwhile, online yoga and meditation classes continue.  Bodywork will continue     to be by appointment only, as in past.  Appointments can only be made by phone.
Private and semi-private in person (for fully vaccinated persons, see above) or Zoom yoga classes are available by special arrangement.  Please call me to set this up.

This class focuses on stretching the myofascial tissues - aka connective tissues of the body.  The class requires the use of several props.  Please text or call me at 810-241-4223 for more information.  I have props that I can sell or I will help you find places on line and/or brick and mortar stores to purchase them.

Ongoing classes will meet every Tuesday and Saturday unless canceled.  When an ongoing class is canceled, I will sometimes, not always offer a 9:30am class on another day (usually Fri or Sun) to make up for it.

Price for ongoing classes is
$5 per class.  Pay in advance in multiples of $5.  People usually pay $25 to $200 at a time depending on how often they intend to attend classes and how often they want to have to pay. I will deduct $5 from your account each time you attend class and I will let you know when it's time to pay again.

   Group Yoga Classes will continue to be offered exclusively via Zoom for the foreseeable future.  As more people get vaccinated and boosted and the number of cases, hospitalizations and deaths from Corona Virus drops significantly, we will begin opening up the studio to small groups that are fully vaccinated.                           
          Meanwhile:    Stay safe.  Breathe low and toward your back body. Continue to mask when indoors in public and when outdoors in a crowded space.

 ... are currently being offered only via Zoom.   These classes are for cancer
   patients, cancer survivors, and their support people, and for people
   managing chronic illnesses.  These GHCI classes are grant funded,
  and, as such, there is no charge for them.  However, you
   must register for them. See phone number or website below.

       The Late Fall/Winter 2022 term is upon us.  It runs through mid November.  
You can still join these classes by calling the number below and asking

Sundays once per month:  7 - 8pm  Yoga Nidra Class begins with Gentle Movement and Breath Work.  After the first 15-20 minutes we settle into a reclined position for deep relaxation.
